Damage to travel luggage or having to visit a doctor is always a nuisance. To offer you maximum support in the event of damage or injury, we have made reporting claims as simple as possible.
Reporting claims
HollandZorg has delegated the settlement of claims to Mondial Assistance. Once you have submitted your claim, you will automatically receive confirmation from Mondial Assistance and Mondial will deal with the claim as quickly as possible. If you have not sent any supplementary documents along with the claim, Mondial may ask you for them later.
You can submit a claim by printing out and completing the claim report form.
