The HollandZorg Claims app makes it easy to submit a healthcare claim.
- You enter your details, including your relation number. You can find this on your policy schedule.
- Take a picture of the invoice.
- Submit it with a single mouse-click.
Only claim with IBAN
You can only send us a reimbursement request if we have your IBAN on record. In your personal online environment, ‘My HollandZorg’, you can fill in your IBAN under 'My details'.
Payment within ten working days!
If you submit your claim using the HollandZorg Claims app, we will repay your invoice within ten working days. For that, the following details must be clearly shown on the invoice:
- Name, profession and address of the care provider
- Date, description and cost of the treatment
- Your name, date of birth and citizen service number (BSN)
