Agreements about care and the corresponding rates
We make agreements about care and the corresponding rates with a large number of care providers. Are you seeing a care provider with whom we do not have a contract? Then you may be subject to maximum rates. Our rate lists state maximum reimbursements for each type of care. When the rates of the non-contracted care provider exceed our maximum rates, you need to pay for the difference yourself.
