Digital accessibility

HollandZorg considers it important that everyone can view and use its digital information, such as on the website or in Mijn HollandZorg — including people with disabilities. This includes, for example, people who are visually impaired or deaf.
A digital environment that can be used by people with disabilities is referred to as digitally accessible. HollandZorg continuously improves the digital accessibility of Mijn HollandZorg and the enrolment module.

Digital accessibility audit

An accessibility audit of this website has been scheduled by an independent external party, WCAG.nl.
The audit will be conducted in accordance with the WCAG-EM methodology. This is a recognized method in which a selection of web pages is assessed against the 50 success criteria of WCAG 2.1, levels A and AA.
The findings from this audit will be addressed and resolved, or included in the planning for further improvements to the website. In addition, we take accessibility into account in the design, (further) development of content, and the management of our websites.
