We have entered into a contract with a great many care providers about their quality of care and their rates. Are you seeing a care provider with whom we do not have a contract? Then you may be subject to maximum rates.
Our reimbursement rates for non-contracted care
Our rate lists state the maximum reimbursements for each type of treatment. When the non-contracted care provider bills you more than our maximum rates, you will need to pay for the difference yourself.
