- You enter your details, including your relation number. You can find this on your insurance policy.
- Take a picture of the invoice.
- Submit it with a single mouse-click.
We need your IBAN
You can only send us a claim if we have your IBAN on record. On our digital platform My HollandZorg, you can fill in your IBAN under 'My details'.
Payment within 5 working days
We will repay your invoice within 5 working days. For that, the following details must be clearly shown on the invoice:
- Name, profession and address of the care provider
- Date, description and cost of the treatment
- Your name, date of birth and citizen service number (BSN)
