Have you already created an account? Click ‘Login’ and enter your email address and password. For extra security, you will receive a verification code by email or text message each time you log in.

Do you not have a My HollandZorg account yet? Click ‘Create an account’ and create an account first using your email address, citizen service number (BSN), relation number and date of birth. You can find your relation number on your policy document and in emails from HollandZorg. 

Click ‘Login’ and select ‘Forgot password?’ on the login screen. Then follow the steps.

Check and manage your phone number, email address and IBAN. Check and manage your phone number, email address and IBAN. In My HollandZorg, click your name in the top right corner and then select ‘My details’. In the app, go to ‘More’ and select ‘My details’ under ‘Health insurance’. 

Your policy overview is proof of your Dutch health insurance. You can download your policy overview in My HollandZorg via ‘Health insurance’ > ‘View health insurance’ and then ‘Download policy document’. In the app, go to ‘Insurance’ and select ‘View policy document’. 

You do not need a health insurance card in the Netherlands to visit a GP, specialist or hospital. Showing a valid ID and citizen service number (BSN) is enough. If you travel abroad, you should take your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with you. You don’t need a physical card. 

You can find your health insurance card in My HollandZorg by clicking on your name in the top right and then ‘Health insurance card’. In the app, go to ‘Overview’ and tap the health insurance card icon in the top right. 

The S1 form shows that you are insured for healthcare in the Netherlands. You can arrange your S1 form in My HollandZorg via ‘Health insurance’ > ‘S1 forms’. In the app, go to ‘More’ and select ‘S1 Forms’ under ‘Health insurance’. 

Have you received an invoice from a healthcare provider? Easily submit your claim through My HollandZorg. Once your claim has been processed, you will be notified. You can submit a claim via the ‘Submit a claim’ tile on the home screen. 

Have you ended your insurance? You can find the confirmation of your deregistration in your messages. In My HollandZorg, you can find your messages by clicking the ‘Messages’ tile on the home screen or by clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner. In the app, go to ‘Messages’ in the bottom menu.
