The list states which professional association and umbrella organisation the care provider must be affiliated with or must be a member of and in which register the care provider must be entered. The invoice states the professional association which the care provider is affiliated with or which it is a member of, and it contains the valid personal and practice AGB code. The invoice also contains an overview of the treatments per day.
A dispensing chemist or a dispensing general practitioner can provide you with alternative medicines.
