Reimbursements 2023

Reimbursement of public healthcare insurance and additional insurances

In our online health insurance reimbursement overview, you can read for each type of care what reimbursement you can expect from the basic insurance, supplementary insurance policies or dental insurances.

For some treatments, aids or medicines, you need our written permission before the treatment or use takes place. This authorisation is necessary in order to obtain reimbursement for the costs incurred. If your request for authorisation meets the criteria as stated in the terms and conditions, you may assume that we will respond to your request within 14 days.

In the reimbursement overview, under the relevant treatment or under the relevant aid or medicine, you can find out whether a request for authorisation is necessary. If nothing is stated here about authorisation, you do not need to apply.
